History
Established in 1992 by Stan & Sue Capelli and Nick & Susan Orozco, EHAC first targeted commerical and high end residential as its primary markets, while establishing a foundation to build from. EHAC's reputation for quality and craftsmanship, combined with its ability to deliver projects on time, created a demand for more services.
EHAC set up its first shop in Oxnard to meet customer demand in a new technology market. It then expanded its facility and moved to Ventura as the technology sector continued to grow. By 2000, new departments in fabrication and welding services were added. Throughout the company's growth, Dan Thompson Plumbing provided hydronic piping and plumbing systems to facilitate EHAC's expansion into new markets. In order to offer a full service mechanical team, EHAC acquired Dan Thompson Plumbing in 2004.
With the team in place, EHAC purchased the current 35,000 sq ft facility which serves as a permanent home to accommodate all departments. It is equipped with latest technology in CAD/BIM, Fabrication, Estimating, HVAC, Domestic Plumbing, Hydronic Piping and HVAC prime General Contracting services.
In 2006 the Orozco's sold their interest to Stan & Sue Capelli, retiring in Colorado to be near family. EHAC prides itself in being a homegrown company in the Tri Counties. Stan Capelli's family history traces back over 100 years in the county. We look forward to serving the Tri Counties for many years to come.
